My personal experience with Medifast has been phenomenal! I love the foods, the shakes, bars and pre-packaged portions are PERFECT for my busy lifestyle. In fairness, I have ALWAYS done better on these sorts of diets, (even those of other programs) simply because I find it MUCH easier to follow when everything is defined for me.

My personal preference for Medifast can be boiled down (no pun intended..:-) to one simple truth: The meals taste GREAT! The Medifast meals are prepackaged and tasty, and the "lean and green" component that you prepare yourself is easy to follow, and equally as enjoyable.

A lot of the notoriety that Medifast has received recently has been as a result of the high profile celebrity endorsements. Genie Francis recently was on the popular day time talk show "The View" to discuss (and show off!) her remarkable and sexy results. I think other women (and men) have had similar experiences to us, SIMPLY because of what I pointed out in my OWN story: It's easy, it's tasty and it's designed for people on the "GO" who need great results...and in a hurry!
