    A recent study done by Nutritionists at Penn State University validated something VERY important to dieters everywhere. Simply changing from white flour to whole grains had a DRAMATIC effect on the belly fat of those who participated in the study. All else was the same...OTHER than the type of grain they consumed with their meals. White bread vs whole grain bread. White rice vs Brown Rice. Nutritionists have long argued that white flour causes internal biochemistry reactions which lead to glucose elevations...and FAT deposits, right in your belly. This study (amongst others) seems to prove this out in a very big way. Drop the processed grains, folks...you WILL see a difference in the mirror.
